Founded by Philippe and Alexander, two civil engineers and university friends, Heau was born out of the frustration of waiting for hot water and the waste it causes. Their innovative shower delivers instant hot water, reducing energy and water waste while enhancing comfort for homes and businesses alike.

Our vision
Heau is dedicated to using water and energy more efficiently. After numerous attempts to achieve instant hot water, we had a breakthrough. Now, with the help of expert partners, we have developed a revolutionary shower mechanism that reduces waste and enhances comfort. Designed for both households and businesses—from hotels and spas to gyms and daycares—our innovation supports a positive ecological lifecycle and a more sustainable future.
Award winning design
Heau sets a new standard in shower design. The combination of technology, top level aesthetics and quality received international recognition and was awarded the iF Design Award 2024 in Berlin, amongst others.

About the role
Heau represents comfort and sustainable faucet technology. We are looking for a Sales & Business Developer to become the face of our brand for showrooms and partners. You will translate your energy into inspiring sales teams and showcasing our award-winning products.
Your Responsibilities
Relationship Management: Visit our partners and train their sales teams. You will learn how to translate a high-end technical product into a premium experience for the end customer, working in close collaboration with your colleagues.
Brand Ambassadorship: Oversee Heau’s visual presentation and ensure our marketing materials are perfectly displayed.
Events: Support the organization and execution of trade fairs and product demonstrations.
Development: Work directly with the founders and the team to refine our commercial strategy.

Energy: You are a dynamic professional who connects easily and is naturally persuasive.
Design Affinity: You have an eye for interior design and understand that details define a premium experience.
Growth Mindset: You are looking for a place to elevate your commercial skills to a strategic level.
Mobile: You enjoy being on the road (±3 days/week within the Benelux) and will be at our headquarters in Oudsbergen 2 days a week for collaboration and strategy.
